I was at the New'bgh office and i want every wonderful lady to get a bonus . They deserve it . And they handled my health issue expertly . TEN STARS !!!"

"This is my second time at this location. The 1st time was for my son and the experience was great. Today I went in and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a health care facility. They called me to the back room pretty quick and the nurse was great. After she swabbed my noise I waited for my rapid results. I was in the room for at least 40mins until I walked out of the room and spoke with the young man at the front desk about how long I’ve been waiting. He told me to go back to the room and he’d send someone in. Long story short an employee by the name of JaCiara H, was BEYOND NASTY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I really couldn’t believe her attitude. She literally spoke as if she was talking to one of her enemies outside of work. Telling me “I need to wait” and as I told her “I didn’t need to wait they can call me with my results”, which I never received, she proceeded to antagonize me by saying “BYE, BYE,BYE. I asked for her name and she spelled it out for me telling me not to forget to capitalize the C in her name. I asked her co worker for her last name and she yelled to her co worker not to give it to me. This has by far been the worst experience I’ve EVER had. I will never go here again and neither will anyone I know or any of my family members. JaCiara H had to been in her early 40s but the she represented herself as if she was In her late teenage years ready to fight on a playground. A patient should never have to experience what I experienced today. People like her will destroy a company."

"I have a history of spontaneously collapsed lungs, and I started having pain that seemed pretty similar to that of said collapsed lungs. Before going too crazy and going to the ER, I wanted to be evaluated just in case it was just anxiety. However! I get to this urgent care, and explain my situation. The guy at the desk was nice, but said they might not be able to see me? Even though they have imaging and a stethoscope?? So he goes back to ask the doctor and he comes back and says they can’t see me because they wouldn’t be able to intervene and recommended I go to the ER based on my history, which like, I get. But I asked if I could at the very least get listened to, and the provider declined to even do that?? I never made it past the waiting room, which I guess is a blessing in disguise. You are an urgent care! Act like it!"

"Brought my son for fever and possible strep. We have used MM Urgent Care many times in the past and they are wonderful! You get in and out quickly but appointment is always thorough. Staff is always courteous and takes time to explain everything. This is our number one choice when we have to go to urgent care."
