"Very unprofessional experience as I could not get an agent on the phone but was able to receive emails right away from the same person . They couldn’t clarify specific questions that I asked. I personally like to speak with people on the phone as emails are a little frustrating as you are trying to ask specific questions. I do not recommend going here or doing business with these people. I hope this helps you for your future endeavors. I went elsewhere. And to extend on your answer below, you misinterpreted an email sent to you and never gave me the time or day to explain what you misinterpreted and killed the deal. Extremely extremely unprofessional and you can answer an email, a google review, but won’t pick up the phone not once for me. I’m sorry you are not that important and happy that I went elsewhere. I like speaking to a human being handling my business. Take care and good luck handling your customers that way."

"I requested a quote and worked with an agent providing all documents and information asked of me, she was out of the office unexpectedly and another agent said they would complete my quote and process that day. I call 3 business days later to find out they are not writing new policies at this time, with no prior explanation, no courtesy call or follow up emails of any kind. When I attempted to ask the reason for this I was abruptly told “we are not writing new policies” and hung up on. I am so glad I didn’t go with this company, I prefer respectful courteous treatment and professional experiences when it comes my business matters. Sometimes going with small local companies is not the better option."

"Nothing good to say about this company. They are rude and unhelpful, one person in particular who won't be named. Apparently they have a reputation for being rude as I found out from other people in the area. Never return calls and reply with snotty emails. I cancelled my policy with them and went with State Farm. They dragged out the cancellation process so I couldn't get my refund. This was not a surprise to me and I totally expected something like that from them. They've lost my business due to them purely being unhelpful and rude. It's like night and day how I'm being treated with my new insurance company. .. worth the $100 they wouldn't refund me. I will be sure to divert people from using them."
