"I’ve had my dog for seven years and never had such a good experience at a vet! Down to the last detail, every person we saw at the practice was attentive, kind, and patient. I’ve gotten so accustomed to vets (and let’s be real, my doctors too) rushing through visits like they’re working a conveyor belt, and leaving notes in the chart that make it clear they weren’t listening. It was such a delight to meet Dr. Fortier, who began the visit by listing off the topics we should discuss based on my dog’s history, then methodically addressed each one, taking time to ask follow up questions, answer my own questions, and give my dog treats and pets. They followed up quickly with detailed estimates of the various treatments we discussed, and a long written note with even more details on treatment plans and products. I am so relieved and happy to have found this practice and can’t recommend them enough!"
