"All staff is very caring, attentive, and knowledgable. I was able to make an appointment for the first thing that morning after my pup had an emergency injury that night/early morning. We got there early and they were open and saw us right away. They do a great job of staggering appointments so you and your pet are not in a crowded room (a godsend for reactive dogs). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for their pet!"

"I am disappointed with the service provided by the Bond Vet Travel team, particularly Shanna, the Lead Travel Nurse. Despite providing my full flight itinerary, there were multiple errors in scheduling Zion's USDA health check-up appointments. Shanna failed to inform me about bringing Zion's meds to the appointment, and on two occasions, scheduled the final health check-up for the wrong date. The second mistake led to additional visits due to inadequate destination policy checks. Such errors are unacceptable, especially for a travel team. I request a thorough investigation into these issues and a full refund for the inconvenience caused."

"It was my first time here. I loved the fact that I could make/change an appointment with no hassle in a short amount of time. I was early and the receptionist let me know that I would probably be seen at my time due to shortstaffing. My cat is an indoor cat and hasn't been out since she came from the shelter. The vet, who I was pleasantly surprised to see was a black woman, was firm with me, looked me straight in the eye and let me know what my cat needed. The vet tech was very nice as well when taking my cats temperature and sharing what would need to be paid. He was very comforting. Overall I felt comfortable there and i also appreciated that I found a $50 credit online that I had forgotten about. It came in handy. I definitely would bring my animals here to this newly opened and clean facility, where they treat you and your animal with care. Thanks so much‼️"
