Not only are the doctors & staff very pleasant and accommodating, they care about pets. The quality of medicine and the facility itself is very clean. What I appreciate most is that I am a crazed dog mom who can sometimes get emotional and the staff is always incredibly patient & reassuring with me. The front desk should send me a human invoice haha."

"They never pick up the phone - I call every month and the phone rings and rings or when I do have my call picked up - I am placed on immediate hold that lasts over 20 minutes and finally give up. I pay $600 a year to Banfield for their services which I am never able to redeem at any of their locations. Stay away."
