"Make sure to tell them to clean the room if you want it done. They will skip you if you don't. Nothing decent is close by to eat, you better plan on driving. Get the top floor, if you don't you will have someone stomping around all night. The sign said social on Wednesday I've been here a month never had one. Tried to get my ice maker fixed never happened. The smell of weed in the halls and stairwell can knock you over sometimes."

"We stayed here because it is only 1-1/2 miles to the train to NY. We got a quick Uber to the stations, trains leave about every 15 minutes and it takes not quite that long to be in the city. Coming back was just as easy, and it was rush hour on a Wednesday. Rooms are fine. Advantage is there is a kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, two stove burners, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, kids, utensils, etc. We were able to borrow a blender at the front desk. They also have some games to borrow. There is a place to grill outside. Nothing is in walking distance but there's free parking and it's easy to drive to the hotel. Front desk is helpful and friendly."

"Everything was super easy here from check-in to check-out. I was greeted with kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. They have a cute little shop where you can get odds and ends you may need, from toiletries to snacks and small packaged meals. They also have kitchenettes available in the rooms, which is convenient if you don't feel like ordering out at restaurants or have special dietary needs where ordering fast food isn't ideal. They also have this locker available where you can borrow board games, books, or kitchen items, like toaster ovens. I've never seen that before, so I thought that was really neat and helpful. I didn't have any issues with the room. Everything was clean, orderly, and working properly. It's in a great location where it isn't really noisy outside. Parking is free, which is huge as I've stayed at other spots in NJ where they charge for parking, even though it's their own lot. I would for sure stay here again if I need to be close to the NYC area!"

"Very nice initial opinion and impressions. The front end staff at check in was very pleasant. A seasoned female manager and new trainee male person were very nice. I was early because of flight timing so she went out of her way to make my short wait pleasant while the room was finished. The room is very clean and spacious. Hot water is hot and average pressure for a hotel. Tub is very clean. Take a bath clean. Caulk in tub and kitchen area clean and installed correctly which is an area I am fussy about. When its not it grosses me out. Painted wood clean and free of chips and dings in room and halls. Halls well lit and lights at room entrances. First impressions, A+. If anything changes over next few days I will adjust review."
