"Honestly before having CAVA for the first time I wasn’t believing the hype, until the first day I tried it . Being a new customer I wasn’t very familiar with the menu until Ayisha one of the most welcoming members of the team started to inform me of the menu . The recommissions were amazing I didn’t regret it at all. The hospitality and the welcoming energy is what made it clear that this food was going to be amazing."

"The lady behind the counter was really rude to me for no reason. I wanted to double check for my name at the pick up shelf. They said absolutely not. We can read. Then proceeded to ask their coworker for my name, turning their back on me. They could've just asked me. But they misheard my name initially and it was on the shelf the whole time. I ordered 2 bowls. One bowl had significantly less food than the other. Not worth :("

"I Don’t Normally Eat healthy, but I was glad that I came to CAVA when Vanessa was the team Leader! The line was clean,employees seemed eagerly progressive and productive to produce orders for the customers. The food was fresh and was greeted with a smile from the beginning * Thanks Matthew * !"

"Eating healthy is the idea and the way to go in treating your body right. The food here is very tasty and I love restaurants with fresh vegetables and CAVA has just that. 9.5/10 The service here at this specific location was definitely satisfactory for me. Arlene which served me was absolutely superb! Arlene does her job absolutely well and makes you feel at home and comfortable with your decision. In conclusion I give Arlene a 10/10 for her work ethics."

"Although Cava is our safe choice, which we prefer with our eyes closed, the service we encountered in this branch was shocking. The staff were not only careless, but also extremely rude and acted to lower the quality standard. Their portions were less than normal and they always put water or oil of the products. As a result, the food of those who ordered the salad was floating in the water, while the ones who ordered the wrap were runny. When we asked for the wrap to be divided, they refused extremely rudely and said to do it yourself. unfortunately we could not divide it ourselves because the wrap was not wrapped properly and was wet. I will never visit Cava again at this location, and I strongly recommend admins to audit this branch."
