"Very disrespectful. I spend alot of money here and was treated horribly. My son spent $110 on a fish for me for Christmas. Two days later the fish died. All levels were perfect and two other fish bought at the same time are fine. Owner didn't care and wouldn't give me a refund or a store credit. Will not go there ever again. They just lost alot of business now."

"I have come here sporatically for so many years- quality pet store. Somehow, despite being a small store, the prices are good and the selection is nice. Looking for fish? The tanks here are always spotless and the fish healthy. I got some very healthy dubai roaches. I hope this store stays open another 20 years."

"I've been going to this pet shop for about 40yrs. Never had one complaint with them. Excellent staff very extremely helpful. I've bought so many pets there my whole life. Now I go there with my kids. Reptiles and furry animals is what I always bought and now I do the same with my kids. Has to be the #1 pet shop to go too. Will recommend this place to anyone and if they've been in business this long that should tell you something about this place."

"This is my favorite store ever! I love how they make me feel comfortable and they are all so nice and helpful! I am saving for a ferret and they always give me so much knowledge about them which helps so much! They also have everything you would need for pets (but they don’t have cats or dogs for sale in store), cats, dogs, sugar gliders, hermit crabs, fish, ferrets, bunnies, snakes, birds, bearded dragons, and even Tarantulas; sorry if I missed one.
