"The team at the Brick Leslie’s is super helpful and kind. I called in need of an above ground pool pump and the manager assured me one would be arriving on the truck in the morning if I could wait. He went above and beyond by offering to hold it for me, answering my questions about the brand and cost as well as being friendly. I had called about five other Leslie’s before anyone was able to help me like this, and I really appreciate it. Pump works great!"

"We were sold over $300 of chemicals after having our water tested at Leslies because we were told it was exactly what the pool needed. We then had another local and more reputable business in the area test the same pool water and they told us we didn’t need any of the $300 worth of chemicals that Leslies told us we needed. No refunds and didn’t even have the decency to apologize for scamming us. You took advantage of people who knew nothing and were relying on your business for accurate information. If you are looking for a new store for pool supplies I strongly suggest you look elsewhere because this place will scam you."

"I wish there was an option for zero stars! I visited this location on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 around 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Upon entering the store they were completely empty… Which should’ve been my first sign. The man working at the time asked what I needed help with and I responded with “I need to get my pool water tested.” Clearly I must’ve been interrupting this man’s peace and quiet in his nice empty store. He hardly could grab for the bottle of water from my hands which made me feel as if he was being inconvenienced by my presence. The first thing out of his mouth after touching my sample was “how long has this been sitting in your car?” (In a not-so friendly tone) I responded by saying a couple hours and he said you know it works best with a fresh sample. I said well I’m here already. Next he asked for my email address in which I responded with are you connected to the Toms River location? (since my husband and I have visited that location several times and figure our information might possibly be stored )That’s when he thought it would be funny to respond back to me with the computers don’t actually talk to each other so no they’re not connected in that manner. After having such a demeaning response from asking a simple question to see if my information would be stored from a prior location I grabbed my bottle of water and left. I will never be visiting this location again and I will be spreading the word to all of my pool owning friends and family."
