"There should be an option for no star! I recently brought in my daughter’s rabbit for an eye infection. I was referred to Nautilus by another Vet. After a thorough exam which was not done in front of us but in another exam room. They came back to us saying our rabbit is very stressed, has a high temperature, is laying on ice packs, is on oxygen and needs to be sedated and not using her back legs. They asked us when the last time she walked was and wanted to do x-rays on her spine. Our rabbit had been walking and hopping before going into the vet and came home with a fractured pelvis, liver torsion that had to have been brought on by stress and being fully sedated. We have no idea what went on in the other room while they examined her and I will never get any answers or the truth. They denied any responsibility to her injury and told me she must have had a previous injury. We took the rabbit elsewhere the following day and ultimately had to have her put to sleep. My daughter is heartbroken by the loss of her best friend. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I reached out to the referring vet for them not to recommend anyone else there either."

He is the one true exotic vet I've met. He saved our leopard gecko. When I went to him I was convinced we would lose her to metabolic bone disease.
