"I recently completed a kitchen renovation through Lowes in Brick. It was an absolutely horrible experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone,. We purchased Cabinets in April and installation was just finished. The Shennandoah Lowes Cabinet line is not the quality we expected or what was on display in store, had to have cabinets reordered multiple times because they were damaged. There were too many mistakes to detail in this short space. but the most disappointing part is how they really don’t care. They are too big and you have to deal with too many different people to get any kind of real customer service. I see the response from Lowe’s “owner” Not even the right phone number! Lol"

"This afternoon at about 2:30pm my wife and I had one of the worst customer service experiences in quite sometime. The woman working the Paint counter was so rude and insulting that we had no alternative but to leave without buying our products. We went to Home Depot and got all of our needs met in a professional and courteous manner. I don’t think you know how much business you’re losing with this employee. If this is the face of your company then you have some serious issues."

"Went for set screws. Stock did Not add up to what was listed online. But some is better than none. I guess... Bags were ripped open & missing screws."

"So I ordered 4 full screens for my older model ReliaBilt 5600 double hung windows and was told it would take roughly 35 days for them to arrive. Upon getting the call that the screens arrived, I picked them up and in taking them out of the box I noticed that the weatherstripping pile on some of the screens were short in length and that the spline material used to hold the screen mesh into the frame was short in numerous corners. Furthermore, when I tried to put the screens into the window track they were 1-1/8" short in height. Apparently the sales rep ordered screens based on the wrong double hung model (newer 3201 instead of older 5600). So I had to return them and when I went back to the Millwork desk to order the right screens nobody was around. So I wait 35 days for screens only for them to be wrong and then nobody is around to fix the problem!! You just lost a customer for good and I will make sure to advise friends and business associates in the construction field not to order from this store."

"I love my Lowe's. This is Bernadette the wife. I find this company is more helpful to women shoppers that our local Home Depot. I picked up some mulch the other day and a nice gentleman named Dave in the garden center helped me get it and load it into my car. I appreciate their Veteran parking memorial ♥"
