"Worst customer servicececer ! Made an appointment for my dog to be groomed as I got there she tells me dog hair too long come back next day . I made nother appointment for following day as I got there she took the dog and told me since she has lot of hair it will take 3 hrs . As the 3 rd hour cane I get phone call from her thinking my dog ready to pic her Ip she tells me sorry I was very busy your dog has too much hair . Don't go to this grooming place horrible !"
"I found this place by chance and initially was excited until I came closer. It looked dirty and uninhabited. Rung the bell several times and no answer.. then saw some people inside and motioned to them. Clearly bell was not working. I tried to ask a few questions to see if my animals can be groomed there. By the end of the conversation woman started getting rude. They use dry shampoo on cats and dry shampoo in humans causes cancer so in animals likely same thing. Not coming back as place looked pretty unsanitary."
