"We were visiting NYC for a few days and decided Greek sounded amazing. We were not disappointed! The two gents at the front were managing the dining room well. Super friendly, great recommendations! Quaint restaurant with a quirky atmosphere. Small tables, comfortable seating. Recommend a reservation as this place gets busy! Food was excellent. We ordered lamb shank, chicken pita, skewers, trio of dips and more. The food came out piping hot and very quickly. If you’re in midtown east, stop by this great restaurant for a bite!"

"The best Greek I've had. The atmosphere is great, it's like you found a little secret hideaway. The signage is minimal and you must go down below street level. Inside the place is clean, nice, well decorated and quaint. I am not a big hummus fan but the hummus was very good. We ordered the Greek fries, they were cooked perfectly. Golden, crisp on the outside but not overcooked. Last, we ordered basically the sampler plate. Each meat was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The lamb was the best I have ever had. This is a great place and offers good value for your dollar. I highly recommend."

"Loved the food and the ambience. We had the fava, veggie moussaka, and the chicken souvlaki, and all the dishes were really good. We also got the strawberry lemonade which isn’t on the menu but I highly suggest getting that. It was perfect and made from fresh strawberries. Good and quick service too."

"A real Greek experience and food. Not easy to find the restaurant is located underneath another place. If you see the white stairs and walls you are in the right place. Good appetizers, my favorite the Zucchini croquettes (14$ for 5 of them). Very good entrees and lots of choice. Wine and beer are Greek I definitely recommend to try it. Service was good. Overall experience was delightful, we had a great time. I will be back!"
