"3 stars is probably a lot more than the store deserves. Even though personnel is very nice and attending, knowledgeable and willing to help; it's still not enough. Without the staff's attempts to better the experience of being in that store I would give one star. On the day of delivery of merchandise, shelf look like it was raided by TWD char garters"

"I had a grooming appointment for my dog at 8:30AM on a Saturday. We got here and Petco was not open yet. The groomers were waiting for the manager who has not shown up. It is now 9:52AM and it is still closed.. The employees themselves stopped waiting since nobody was there to open the door. Please fire the manager or person responsible for store opening."
