"Do not! I say do not groom your dog here !!!! My friend just called me to tell me her dog is traumatized and is not acting herself after she brought her here. Her tail is down and has been under the bed ever since bringing her here. She is even crying and barking trying to bite when you touch her. Now my friend is heading there because just like anyone she wants answers ! What are you guys doing here !? You will get reported!!!"

"I can tell the staff don’t care about our pets I arrived one hour before closing and the guys telling me the stores closers there’s nun he can do about it and I’m trying tell him my dogs on her period bleeding everywhere and he’s like laughing saying he can’t do nothing all i needed was to buy pampers I’m never going there again shows how much they care for our pets ! Never going back there again !! SO COLD HEARTED"
