"AMAZING customer experience! I wanted to deliver some things to a friend (her dog just had surgery) and the sales associate made great recommendations over the phone. I got a link via text to pay for the items and they even included a handwritten note inside! Everything was delivered within a few hours and I got a photo sent right to my phone showing the box arrived safely. Highly recommend supporting this business. 5 stars all around!"

"Bought a couple things from this store and my dogs have loved all their treats so far but especially these Himalayan dog chews (details on that below). The owners are super friendly and are open to feedback on what people's pets are into our what's you'd be interested in seeing in the store. Also can't beat the adorable clothing items they get! Great local place to support! The Himalayan dog chews: My dogs are small but aggressive chewers and my pomsky would not let go of it. Meanwhile my corgi kept trying to steal it from her! When they get too small you soak the end in water and microwave it and it becomes crunchy for them to eat!"

"Originally from NYC visiting from San Antonio. I bought this cooling bandana at this new pet store in Brooklyn (Brooklyn Pets). The bandana (Canada Pooch Athletics) definitely helped Bay with the heat! He didn’t pant as much as usual and when we got back to the apartment it took him less time to cool down. Usually he would stay on the floor trying to cool down for a while but I noticed it didn’t take him long before he got active inside again. I’m not saying I’m gonna take him out at the peak of noon and walk him at the hottest time of the day, no definitely not, he is a pug after all; but adding this cool (literally) accessory to his late afternoon walks definitely helps him cope with the heat a little better. Also bought Bocce’s bakery “Quack, Quack, Quack” flavor and he loves it! The staff also gave great recommendations, they were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always feels good to come back home and support the small business. Will definitely visit this place again when I come back, I highly recommend!"
