"Wonderful store, with oodles of pet kid you will not find at the big chains like Petco or on Amazon. I'm terrified of traffic in the Dumbo area, and I was able to find a day-glo orange harness for a tiny quadroped pal. VERY reasonable prices (a comparable harness was $10 more at Petco). I also found dog food of the type I have NEVER seen before and a pup pal of mine really seems to have enjoyed it. Photo below. Michael, the proprietor, is also a master pet groomer. While I did not need those services, it's clear he has a nice rapport with our furry friends."

"Michael does a wonderful job with grooming my dog! She’s a bit nervous and he always puts her at ease. She also has some issues with dry skin and he takes care to use a special shampoo just for her. She comes out sparkling clean and smelling fantastic every time. We have been going here for almost 2 years and he is a delight. He’s professional and endlessly kind and patient with my dog. I highly recommend his services."

"My friend’s dog’s hind paw are bleeding badly the day after a grooming, and owner/managed refused to take any responsibility. I live in the neighborhood and had friends visiting with their dog. They made the mistake of going for grooming yesterday. Apparently, the “Master Dog Groomer” had seen the problem, not cut the hind nails, put ointment, and had just “forgotten” to mention it. Because it was a pre-existing condition it wasn’t his fault. It was all news to us. We just wanted an apology and our money back. He’d ended up actually yelling at and threatening me for calling him a “liar”. Seriously Beware. Never again. Don’t pay cash. Get a receipt."

"Michael, the owner is amazing. I went here recently for the first time with my 3 year old cavapoo Faith - she was completely knotted and overgrown. Michael called ahead to say he needed to shave her completely and he was fast and she looked beautiful. He even called to remind me to bring her coat, so she didn't get cold. He is always super friendly and helpful in the store."
