"Nice place and great staff. The only thing got people here that don't respect property policies like the no smoking policy and smoking on the balconies with out carrying about the others. Can't go out my balcony to get fresh air most of the time. Other than that it's all good."

"Live here a year now and love it! Apartments are older, but very well kept and any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. It's quiet, and residents are friendly (not nosy). Only noise I hear is traffic on Lincoln Ave. late at night when my windows are open. Convenient location, too!"

"Safe family oriented apartment complex spacious , but parking is limited and the spots are tight. Great location and thank god it's not downtown vineland . Great management staff and maintance always take care of any issues !!! But they should enforce a noise ordnance for people who ride through the complex as well as some tenants with their loud obscure Rap music alot of elderly folks live here too and they love to stare at people lol"
