"My husband and I moved here 4 yrs ago to be closer to our jobs. We were very apprehensive about living in an apartment complex after being in our house for 20 yrs, but we have been very happy with our decision. Erica, the property mgr, is awesome! I know that if I have any issues I just have to email her and she gets back to me right away. She does a great job keeping the property running smoothly. The landscaping is well taken care of as well as the property in general. We had an issue with our heater. I put in a maintenance order last night and today Joe was out and was able to correct the problem right away. Joe was very informative and explained everything about the heating system and what the problem was. He was very professional and friendly! We hardly have any maintenance issues, but when we do, they always come out in a timely manner and make sure it is taken care of correctly and always with smile."

"When my family first moved to Vineland Village we had some maintenance problems. Sometimes it would take a month or more to get fixed. Ever since their maintenance manager has been here there has been major improvements. We can submit a request and it will be fulfilled within a couple of days, or less. Mr. Will is an excellent addition to the Vineland Village Apartment staff. Ms. Angie in the office truly works hard to all the residents and will get her hands dirty if needed. I reccomend this community to everyone."
