"This place hasn't been updated since the late 80's/early 90's. The problem is, this place needs new management. LYDIA is not a suitable manager. She has ran the place down to the ground for 20 years or so. Every other apt complex in Vineland has updated their places many times over throughout the years. Where are the funds going to upgrade these?! Something tells me, corrupt management in place needs to be REPLACED!"

"I have been liveing there for 9 years and you have to park were your door number is people can mess you up there and you have to pay to have a pet my door broke alot and If you loose all of key to one of the door's your done for btw I use to live in 71A and I moved out in agust btw my name is Kelly not ella"

"I have been living here for 9 years, the apartment is so spacious and dont pay a lot, problem is the parking people have 4 or 3 cars and not far to us we park the cars in restricted areas."

"They are not attentive to the needs of the apartments, one calls the office lady to report damage that you are having in your apartment and it bothers her, they speak to the tenants in a bad way, the maintenance people do not follow the COVID measures 19 is definitely not worth it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM"
