"Stay away from this property, the manager Irma Perez has preferences when selecting who will live there, I work, I have decent credit with a clean record and I applied for a one-bedroom apartment and she only answered two emails in 3 months and on the internet they had two empty units, wait for more than. 5 months and nothing, I just hope that one day they get a competent and fair manager"

"The best experience ever! Irma such a pleasure to meet. She was so helpful and answered all my questions and went out of her way to assure me that I would love this place and she was right. The maintance staff did such an amazing job I was so impressed. This apartment came out better than I imagined it was just perfect for me. Thank you Irma and Maintance staff for taking the fear of appartment living. You guys are the Best!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Imra Perez is a horrible property manager at the Berkshire apartments, even cooperate! All horrible! She rented me out an apartment that currently still has an infestation of roaches. Claims I brought them over but that’s a bold face lie! I bought my own traps and have photos. I've even spoken with a previous tenant who lived in the same apartment as me a year ago and said they've had roaches from the downstairs neighbors. The maintenance man told me the ladies downstairs have had roaches for years! I even called the health department on this complex! She doesn't care about safe living conditions for her tenants. She picked on me for smoking on the porch when plenty of other people are smoking and drinking and just doing whatever! I could go on forever but please DON’T rent from this complex."

"Worse apts in Vineland. Major flooding when it rains, heat works when it wants to. Management are very unprofessional when complaints are made about the living conditions. I will post a video of the flooding as this is very dangerous & hazardous that I will be sending to Trenton."
