"They tried to show me an apartment here before the one I rented out from them on East Park Ave Apts, which turned out to be an even bigger waste of my life. The stairs at the regency look like they have mildew or something all over them. The place looks beat down, broke down, and needs to be shut down. Carlos Gonzalez and Amanda Pando are negligent as far as management is concerned. Maintenance doesn't know how to do anything. Just do yourselves the favor and stay away from anywhere owned by Goldcrest Properties. The headaches and stress aren't worth your sanity and peace. All of their properties have bugs, they don't make repairs, and they lie to do anything to take your safety deposit. City inspectors are also in on this charade. Call state inspectors instead. Carlos and Amanda discriminate against you, and are downright dangerous to do business with. They don't give service to tenenats but are very quick to raise rent and create different demands and scenarios to benefit them and only them. The management team is being lead by corruption to the highest degree. They should be behind bars for what they're doing to the tenants in Vineland. It's criminal! Get your tenant rights, a lawyer, and take these people to the cleaners! It's time to start filing personal lawsuits on the management team! Maybe then they'll get the point how we don't want them or Goldcrest in our city any longer! They want to push people out by force, it's time people push back with legal representation."

"If you want to live in an apartment complex that is over priced, dirty, and has owners that don't care about you as a person and only looks at you as money then this is the place for you! Do not recommend. Owners don't care about anything but money. You have something that needs to be fixed in your apartment good luck. They will not come fix anything."

"Maintenance is very good with fixing things around the apartment, floor board, AC unit, toilet etc. Communication with management should be a little more flexible, but since under new management they are getting better. I have been living here for three years and my neighbors are great. I have not had any problems living here, just don't be afraid to call maintenance when you need something."
