"Cathy does not know the rules of being a landlord she makes up her own rules she talks to people like trash she’s very ignorant. If you need any maintenance work done either do it yourself or call the city. Which even the inspectors can’t stand the people who work here. The maintenance only cares about his Russian friends. There’s no set time for the office she comes an goes As she pleases. This place would be nice if they took care of it. Also they let anyone in Megan law people, people that been in prison. They care more about a credit score because they certainly don’t do a background check which puts everyone else at risk. I would not recommend anyone living here an if you don’t believe go to the office an see how Cathy will talk to you ."
