"The girl in the office was very arrogant and didn't acknowledge me and my husband outside the door trying to buzz the phone to the office situated by the door. She stayed typing at the computer. A guy came up to see his mother, she still didn't want to acknowledge and open the door for us, we went around the other side of the apartment to the other door. People were coming out so, we managed to get in to the office to get an application for housing, she stated she can call the police on us, because we did something against policy like coming in while people were coming out she said it's stated on the door coming in. I mistakenly over looked. She seemed to have been racist."

"Today I called to inquire about an appt to see these apts. I had done some research and it stated that most of the units are the price they advertise, however since the company that built used some funds frm a government grant, they also reserve a few units for rent to low income seniors. When I asked about this, the young lady not only was extremely rude to me, didn't want to answer questions about it, but also hung up on me twice When they built it, it was ok to accept the grant, but now they don't even talk to you if your interested, becuase your low income. Way to go business!"

"My parent lives there it was fine,but apartment was mad fast,stuff works all wrong.The people owner hired in office don't do anything,The maintenance hired bye owner,living there for free do ever show up too fix anything. If keeps up something will have too be done. Senior move there too be treated good."

"My family member put in for a apartment here ,but was turned down for only 1 bill oversite and some doctors bills that should not even stop a 70 year old person from getting a place. They didn't even ask for an explanation, just said you are turned down for late payments. If late payments are an issue for a 70 year old person, they should do automatic withdrawal for the rent. If it's all about the rent or a squeaky clean credit history. Thanks that all places aren't like that, because my family member did get a place for seniors.70,70,70."
