"The super refused to fix the windows and the heater and because of him my child who was a newborn at the time got really sick. The elevators are always in shambles most of the time they dont even work... The laundry room was recently in terrible condition....the party room has water damage. The super blames th wrong people for throwing things out the window I'm also a victim of almost getting hit by objects while i was pregnant i almost got hit with a glass bottle on my head. My baby almost got burned in her face because of a cigar that was thrown from someones window. There is more but i will say less.....Update the elevator has been off for 3 weeks this is insane I can't wait to call 311"
"Apartments are really big here. Not clean building but as I understand no one care about it. Everybody take care of their own apartments inside, outside the door no one care. Elevator has big problems, I spend 5 minutes, and couldn't go anywhere (door is open and elevator not moving anywhere). The guy who live in the building came in and started pressing 7-9 fast , and he press 7-9 together, 20 seconds after we started moving up."
