"One Laundry machine and 2 dryers are down in the building 1 for months. I've called and sent an email to topspin couple of time and I've even raised request with your management I am getting no help."
"I have been living here for 5 years now. The maintenance department is decent. The lady who answers the phone is horrible. She's rude, doesn't know accurate information, and just doesn't care. She has a nonchalant attitude. My parents are immigrants so it's not a language barrier. She just has no customer service. The laundry room is swept but the machines are always dirty. There is hair on the machines, dust built up, and almost always 2 washer machines are out of order. I take my clothes to a laundromat. Millbrook doesn't uphold the lease. I see pets everywhere. In fact, my building has pets upstairs but yet on the lease it says no pets. The laundry room, has a sign for dog walkers. I see people walking their pets all the time. There are AC units in buildings but yet the lease says no AC units. The dumpster always has unwanted furtinure items people dump. How about you actually uphold the lease instead of just increasing rent? To end on a good note, I will say the maintenance department was great when we had a snowstorm. They shovelled the snow from the sidewalks, parking lot, and front steps. They did a amazing job with snow clean up. Which was great."

"We have been local tenants at the Edison Complex since 1997. This past summer we experience sudden damage to the wood floor. The local manager "Jose Hernandez" recognized the cause of the damage instantly, and coordinated repair work with our work schedule. He also continuously supervised the repair work to ensure its quality and our satisfaction. Many thanks!"
"PLEASE do not trust this place!!!!! First, I will start off with a positive note. The customer service is great! They are welcoming and great in making you feel comfortable. The property manager gave me access to a sample unit and told me that the available unit was recently renovated and in great conditions as well. I asked to see the unit in which I would be moving into, but at the time the unit was not available to view. I was thrilled and excited and immediately submitted my application because again, I was told that the unit was recently renovated and in great conditions! On 6/22/22, I went to see the actual unit and I must say...THEY CAT FISH me!!! I was so disappointed and honestly, upset! The apartment that I was expected to move in was horrific. The appliances were outdated, the hardwood floors needed a serious refinish, and the hallway smelled terrible! I can't believe that they are going around telling people that "recent" means 5 years ago. The unit was renovated 5 years ago instead I was told recently. On 6/23/22, they promised to refund my account for 200 but they kept my application fee SOOOOOOOO PLEASE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION INSIST THAT YOU SEE THE UNIT first! My sister friend also applied to this place and unfortunately she experienced a similar situation. Mill Brook Village please do better with your professional communication and advertising. False hope!"
