"I had issue with carpet and other few things when I move in here, I was disappointed. . They gave me old carpet for renovated apartment. I had complained about it. The maintenance EDDIE and ROBERT came and booked the person to fix the carpet the very next day. He came and replaced new carpet but he couldn't vacuum.. The maintenance guys came and made sure the old carpet is replaced with brand new carpet and they even vacuumed themself. They also fixed few other issues as priority. I would really like to thank EDDIE and ROBERT for the help. They made sure we are satisfied and happy. Thank you guys"

She is very professional and always keeps in touch and provides updates. I had an issue with Dishwasher and Carmen, Jhonathan were able to resolve the issue in 1 day. Thank you Carmen. You are awesome to work with. Jhonathan was able to diagnose the issue as soon as he inspected the dishwasher and was very knowledgeable."

"I lived 3 years in Village Senior and over 6 years here at Durham Woods. I have requested maintenance to my department several times and they have been addressed in a timely manner. Both Carmen and Allan are exceptional with Customer Service, by responding and following up on every occasion. The Maintenance Crew some of whom I have known for yrs are great. Kudos to Pedro and Jesus. Great team overall. Recently I have seen that the kids are becoming messy and noisy. They ride or run between the cars right out in the driveways without looking or paying attention. PARENTS need to supervise these kids before someone gets hurt or worse. The complex is generally well kept and the recent updated decorations to the entrance is beautiful. Hoping to see improvements to the Corrider stairs and daily sweeping through the bldg corridors. The kids play there and make a mess. Withall said, I recommend anyone wishing to live her as a safe area. We the tenants just need to do our part as the Maintenance crew and other Management team keeps on top of everything else."
