"I lived here for 1 year. Personally, I think they are overpriced for the size. They don’t have any new amenities, no washer dryer in unit, the machines they have malfunction all the time. The location is terrible as well, right off of a major road so traffic and noise pollution is horrible. Parking? You have 2 spots for parking, but they are one behind the other- meaning, you’ll have to pull one car out to get to the other. They don’t even have a stable Superintendant, they keep changing so you are on your own if something malfunctions in your home. My advice, find somewhere else, because you can DEFINITELY get better for that price."
"It wasn't bad the office management was alil rude but maybe had a bad day the grounds where clean and the grass was cut I the parking lot didn't have any broken glass or anything it was clean"
"They claimed that I could just go check it out without an appointment. After driving for a half hour, no one was there to answer the door. I called, and was told that I had to set up an appointment between 4 and 6. At this point, it was barely noon. Never do business with a company that would BS and waste the time of a potential buyer."
