"Have a good experience with this community since last couple of months.Especially Annu Mam as a co-ordinator, she is very much co-operative and supportive in nature. Handled all our queries and issues very swiftly and quickly. Maintenance team helped us to resolve all issues timely, satisfied, engaged manner. Leasing officer including Maintenance staffs are so helpful. We know that after putting so many efforts by maintenace team, we are still suffering with mice, roaches, unpleasant smell etc issues. My Perssonal Suggestion is:- Management should take strict action to prevent these issues and try to bring some improvement day by day. Also, one more area is for improvement i.e.laundary."

"Moved out of Trafalgar Gardens after completing 1 year , had my security deposit (1.5 months rent) which should be reach to me within 4 weeks after move out , but its now almost 2 months Deposit travelling in USPS network and no one care...please help me to get money back."

"During my two months as a tenant, the service has been quite good overall. Anu has been supportive throughout the leasing process and has been there to assist me with various issues. For instance, she personally helped me out on a few occasions when I locked myself out, and recently, when I lost my keys, she worked together with the maintenance team to help me get back in. I appreciate her efforts, and it has been a decent experience living here so far."
