"I currently reside in the complex. My issues are management don't do much to eradicate the roach problem. When something breaks down like your air conditioner and appliances like washer machine or dryer the supper takes days to come. It took them two weeks to come fix my air conditioner and that's after I sent emails and were calling management every day. The first time the guy came the air conditioner was not fixed. I called them to let them know the air conditioner is not working at its capacity. Yet I was getting texts about the work being completed when no one showed up. So I started calling management every day and emailing them as well. It took them two weeks to figure out the problem with the air conditioner.My washer machine is not working and I don't know when they will come I've been waiting for them to come for the past 3 days to come fix the washer machine and no one shows up. They expect someone to wait at home to allow them to come in or leave the top lock unlock for the super to come in if no one will be home. They have the tendency to sent you texts about a job that's been completed when no one shows up to fixed the problem. The only good thing about this complex is that it is around a decent school district that administrators don't really care about the students. However, the parents are really the ones pushing their kids. It is also around a train station that I don't use."
