"I wouldn’t recommend. False advertising on website. They advertise a nice pool however they do not disclose that the pool is closed and has been for an extended period of time . I asked front counter staff. Woman was rude and said it is disclosed on website. I reiterated to her that it’s not. She says it is but it isn’t. Hotel lies as I read back through reviews from the past 6 months and the pool has been closed for many months. They are advertising amenities they that they are absolutely not offering right now. I also did not want housekeeping today but just wanted to set trash out and get fresh towels . A male employee was vacuuming the hall outside of the hotel room. I opened the door to simply ask him about getting fresh towels and to just take the trash and he literally told me that he sure there’s a dumpster on site that I could find. Like what?? So you want me to pay prices for this hotel room for amenities and services that you don’t even offer. The bananas at the breakfast bar were rotten. I just would not recommend this place and if they lie to you about the pool, the pool has been down for almost 6 months or more at this time so they should not be advertising the amenity on their website that they are well aware has not been open in many many months."

"My family and I stayed there on Saturday night January 20. We had just attended an affair that evening at Pine Manor. The hotel is very comfortable. Rooms were very nice. The staff was pleasant. The continental breakfast was great. Would highly recommend."

"SEE PICS WHAT A JOKE! The owner of this location(who seems to be really,really cheap based on what I've seen) should be ashamed of being part of the Marriott Group by the way it is being run. The Marriott Group should actually look into what is under their roof with places like these that show they have lost their core values as an organization. I booked it and paid more, specifically because it had a whirlpool and pool. However, according to staff, both have been shutdown for over 4 years. Instead there is just a sign saying it's 'temporarily out of order" meanwhile advertising it as having these amenities available to use on all the sites along with photos. Next there is no control over the fact themat people on our floor were smoking so much marijuana it nauseatingly reeked of old bong water through the hallways and elevators. It seems like he was too cheap to have proper air ventilation/filtration system so this smell reeked onto all my clothes in the room and into my car. People complained but no one did anything about it. Now I know why their cancelation policy is sketchy. What happens when infants and children are exposed to this level of drugs and there isn't any control of the situation. I would NEVER stay here ever again especially for what you are paying for. The rooms are decent but again, the shower curtain and liner is just over half the width of the tub....hence the bowed and creaking bathroom flooring that is completely bowed Also, pretty sure the ice machine on the first floor is permanently out of order despite the signage telling you to just use the one in the second or third floor."

"For a Marriott branch, this is subpar. First off, during my stay, the elevators were constantly broken for days so it was very inconvenient if you are staying on any other floor other than Ground floor. - Breakfast buffet area wasn't nearly spacious or enough or had enough supply of food for the constant tour bus people that come through. Hot food was decent, glad they had that available. - Staff gave me a weird vibe, they are not very friendly and they STARE at you constantly. It's very awkward and uncomfortable. When they are cleaning, you feel like you have to go out of your way for them, and feel like you're in their way instead of them being courteous and understanding about the constant traffic going through the common area. - Had issues checking in and payment issues constantly, they have a very outdated billing computer system that malfunctions frequently messing up my payments- it is not straightforward at all. - Parking is free, but 100% full at the end of the day. - Lots of noisy, disrespectful kids running around constantly. Staff doesn't seem to do anything about it. For someone that wants to have a quiet, peaceful stay it is absolutely the worst. - Coffee available 24/7. Overall, would I stay here again? Definitely not. It didn't meet my expectations as a Marriott branch at all in general. Needs a lot of sprucing up and re-train the staff to be more courteous and mindful to the guests."

"This hotel was conveniently located, clean, had great breakfast options every morning, and friendly staff. The only reason I took a star off is because the aged AC/heating unit in the room was very loud, to the point I needed to wear ear plugs, and I'm not sure the thermostat on it was functioning correctly. I could've asked to switch rooms, and they likely would've obliged, but I decided to just stick with using my earplugs rather than messing with moving rooms. I think they must have known that it's an ongoing issue, though, since there are staff in and out of the rooms daily to clean. Other than that issue, I had no complaints, and would recommend this hotel overall to someone needing to stay in the area."
