"When I first moved to this apartment, I had virtually no complaints. Now, it is under new management. The trash barely gets picked up, washing machines no longer work, and when you call the office, they barely answer. Maybe once out of several calls. Disappointed."
"This complex has gone down the drain since new ownership has taken over. You can never get an answer from anyone, since they updated to wifi washing machines they never work last time they were oos it took over three weeks to be fixed. For the amount of rent people pay here things should be run a little bit more smoothly and proficient. Parking permits for cars were implemented and yet still no parking for tenants that live here. Garages being rented to people who don’t even reside on the premises. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars if it was applicable."
"Terrible services! I called them multiple time, but no answer. I went to the office three times, at 10am, but nobody. laundry room is dark and scary. They just keep charging money."
"Horrible Experience, my partner and I stopped by the property without an appointment, after not being able to connect with someone via email or phone. We came across a woman at the leasing office who came to the door with a look of slight disdain on her face after she looked at my partner and I. I greeted her and expressed what I was Ideally looking for, she remained in the door way without inviting us inside and rudely declared she had no availability without much further information. The entire experience was extremely off putting and as we are both gay POC we felt discriminated against."
"Property management is almost non-existent. Had a few hiccups in that department and it's been super frustrating dealing with non-responsive personnel. However, Joe, the super, is wonderful. He was lovely to work with and came quickly to help whenever I had issues. The apartment itself is pretty great. It's definitely overpriced like most rent these days. My apartment was newly renovated so it was beautiful and I had a good time here. I honestly would've renewed for a 3rd year were I staying in the area. Very commuter friendly! Definitely have bug issues in the summer but like any old building it's bound to have its quirks. If you're sound sensitive, move along or I suggest renting a second floor apartment. The backyard is literally the turnpike and it's right off a few other major roadways - so you'll be hearing things all hours of the night; quiet isn't an option. The floors are squeaky and the walls are thin as paper; you'll hear your neighbors very well. I had awesome and quiet neighbors so really only heard them during normal busy hours. Animal friendly! They have a dog area in the back and the area around the apartments are very nice to walk dogs. I didn't have a dog personally but always saw them around. The pet fees are a little ridiculous to me but it's the reality of renting with animals. Parking is first come first serve, and there's very little in the actual parking area. When I moved in two years ago I was told they would improve that but I don't think it has been much help as I always see it overpacked. There's usually street parking, though. Overall - Cons: Expensive, management sucks (I really hope they improve it), lack of parking, and loud. Pros: animal friendly, commuter haven, friendly neighbors, nicely renovated."
