"Great building in one of the best locations in Williamsburg. Have been living in the building for almost two years and it's been a great experience. The building has amazing amenities and staff is friendly and helpful. Management has been very accommodating during this difficult time, and even worked with us on relocation within the building when we were having an issue with noise due to lobby renovation. The management has done everything in their power to help us be completely comfortable in our space."
"I've been living here for 2 years and can't wait for my lease to end so that I can leave this building! These people do not care about you once you've signed a lease. The units are poorly built, you can smell the cigarette/joint your neighbor is smoking, you can hear your neighbor drop a pillow... Complaining to management will not change that, you already paid so they DON'T CARE. Let's not even talk about the amenity fee on top of the exorbitant rent you need to pay (60$ a month) to access gym, pool (I can live with that) but also roof. I gotta pay 60$ a month to access the roof... Find another building, you're better off staying away from 101 Bedford!"
