All of my questions was answered in a timely manner. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. Any issue or questions I may have have been answered rapidly. So far I have no complaints. "My wife and I (along with our baby + puppy) have lived at 325 Kent for nearly five years and couldn’t be happier here. It’s such a special place - the roof views are some of the best in NYC, it’s a very family & pet friendly building, and the staff is truly 10/10. Plus, the proximity to Domino park is such a perk - I take my family on sunset walks along the water every night. It’s amazing!"

"325 Kent is a great choice for those looking for an apartment in Williamsburg. I’ve lived in the building now for two years and just re-signed for another two years. My actual apartment and amenity/roof levels themselves are clean, new, and well maintained, but what really makes this home is the awesome team they have, from the front desk concierges who greet us every day by name and with a smile to the management. It’s never taken more than a day to get a response to a question or service request. As a plus, this building offers sick views like this one from my terrace. Highly recommend 325 Kent!"

"Updating my review after now calling this home for the past 3 years... I am so grateful for the sanctuary that is 325 Kent. After so much turmoil in the world and in life, it is always a relief to come home here. The people here have continued to make it feel like a home above all else, their kindness and hard work is exceptional and has remained that way the entire time I've been here. They are truly like family to me. Since the world has changed, I now work at times much more from home and am able to function highly here in this peaceful space with such great amenities. The building is so well designed with very cool architecture. I love bringing friends to the roof, whatever the season, to give them a taste of the best view in NYC!! We are spoilt for choice by so many great places to eat and things to do right here. I'm not going anywhere, grateful to call 325 Kent home for some time to come. Original Review- 3 years ago: I am new to the 325 Kent community and I’ve been blown away by the welcome I’ve received by everyone here! My move has gone so smoothly and management have been so quick to respond to any help I’ve needed. I am greeted with a “welcome home” by everyone as I walk in the door and I do feel like I’m home. The apartment is beautiful, so bright with high ceilings, amazing amenities including a huge work space and views from the roof is priceless. Mekelburgs downstairs also does amazing coffee and food. Feeling very at peace here! Loving it"
