"Don't don't don't move here please you will regret it.I wish I would have listened.It has been like a nightmare in H.ll ok.Walls are super super thin you can literally hear neighbors having S.x, footsteps, talking, loud music, doors slamming, No heat or hot water in the winter have to put plastic on windows to stay a lil warm, No cameras in building packages stolen and my shoes was stolen in the hall way in front of my door, hard to find park in pm, buildings are dirty old run down outside doors stay broke very unsafe, Mold in basement, I also seen rodents in basment etc. Don't move here unless you absolutely have no other choice.The only perks is close to park and neighborhood is ok for Newark."

"Go into it knowing what you get. Online service portal to pay rent charges over $50 (a month) to pay rent (does not go to total balance). Very hard to get in contact with front office in a timely manner, as they have many apartments for not a ton of staff and a high turnover. Had issues getting maintenance to pick up and get in the apartment when hot water was gushing out of the walls. People regularly steal packages from the mail area, and front office does nothing about this. Newly renovated apartment was nice, though pricey (2 bed for $1800). Good location by the light rail and the park, plenty of on street parking so you do not have to pay the additional fee to park in the small parking lots. Lots of drugs in this area, not all fun ones. Lots of rats. Many units do not have AC and it boils in the summer. You cannot control the temperature of the heating in the winter. Walls are quite thin, you will be able to hear everything going on in your neighbors apartment. Do able, but go into it knowing what you are getting into."
