"it's fine if you just need a place to sleep for a night. needs renovations and the lobby/halls smell stale cigarette smoke but the room was clean. not much airplane noise. no airport shuttle service."

"On Nov 21,2023 I checked into to the hotel and the 1st thing I wanted to was to check out the room I got. The room Smelled, it was dark. The bathroom looked like someone didn't clean it and it looked like a roach was killed in the tub. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they change me to another room. The second room in which day gave me. I checked it out and the back of the table. The wires were covered by metal and was rusty the room smell. The hallway smell like weed and I was not staying there. I called Windham to request my refund and my points to be refunded back to me. I will never, ever book a stay at this hotel no more."

"Room was very dirty. Sticky bathroom floor with brown substance on floor, food behind the bed, mismatched paint, no airport shuttle. Paid 125/night. and 18 each way for an UBER. There are much better options nearby that offer cleaner rooms and airport shuttle for marginal difference in price. I would not recommend staying here."

"Great location and the lobby personnel was just great. Cleanliness is the must. Close to the airport and Ironbound. Rates are unbeatable. They make everything to please you, calling cabs, delivering food at your door. It will be my inn always I am in Newark"

"Booked here to stay the night and park the car for a cruise. Even though I paid for the park and stay package, they tried to tell me I needed to pay more for parking. It wasn't until the the paperwork was found on their end that they agreed parking had already been paid for. The place reeked of weed. The smoke detector in the room was no longer there, just a few wires hanging. Air-conditioner was very loud and the bathroom full of mold. Honestly, the worst place we have ever stayed. We had planned to stay in the city for a week after the cruise, but this place turned us off so much we went to DC instead. If you are looking to buy anything, I'm sure it could have been purchased in the parking lot. I am usually very forgiving of small issues, but this place was just over the top."
