"I'll be honest, my initial thoughts about Envy Apartments were mixed, mainly because of its location and some reservations shared by friends. However, my perspective took a positive turn after a personal visit. The apartment complex is nothing short of impressive. It's ultra-modern, visually stunning, and even has a serene Zen Garden ideal for either work or unwinding. The security measures in place also caught my eye with secured doors and badge or code entry, it feels safe. However, the addition of concierge or security personnel would be the cherry on top. Fingers crossed that's in the pipeline! Now, let's talk about Oliva, the leasing agent. She's not just good at her job; she's a real highlight according to many reviews, and my experience confirms it! Oliva is the epitome of warmth and attentiveness, showing genuine concern for your needs. She's thorough, ensuring you're aware on all the details about deposits and fees. I have a few other apartments in mind but Oliva's dedicated approach truly sets Envy Apartments apart. Her support didn't just stop at the viewing; she was there, offering guidance every step of the way, even post-application. Truly commendable! The apartments themselves? The apartment is brand new, less than a year from what I was told. With all the latest features and tons of amenities, all at a reasonable price. The hiccup is the parking fee; it's on the steep side. 250 for indoor parking and 150 for outdoor."

"It’s been a pleasure living at gomes. I look forward to coming home everyday to peace and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had questions, they were able to provide information I needed professionally. The building is always clean and smells great. Oliva assisted me during both of my tours. She explained everything in detail and followed up with me. This is a great place to live!!!!"

"Firstly, the building is beautiful. My leasing agent Olivia ensured I was thoroughly taken care of. She walked me though every step of the process up to and even after the application. She was definitely the highlight of my time spend apartment hunting. She was so great that after my hunt from other locations I requested a tour on a Sunday to revisit the location to solidify my decision. She was about accommodate me and I was able to get all approved within the time I needed it. Though I had a rough start due to some time sensitive matters, these were quickly resolved with proper communication and coordination. I do believe there's some room for improvement with other members in the staff regarding communication. Both in how it is delivered and received. My circumstances are very particular but definitely not uncommon in 2023. My line of work requires a certain level continuity and autonomy, rather than text and email, often the leasing office will tend to communicate through phone calls which is often inefficient due to my work and I'm sure others who work demanding roles can align that information can often get lost in translation. The parking is another pain point, it’s wildly expensive for indoor AND outdoor parking. The complex boasts EV charging as included feature. One would assume with $250 per parking spot charge that charging was included or at the best least communicated that the additional cost existed in the first place. To my surprise this was never communicated."

"So far I have been living here for the past month and I love the building .Moises and Martina have been an amazing help . Martina was the one who gave me the initial tour and convinced me to stay in this building. Whenever I have any questions or concerns, you can directly contact the building via text or phone . I had a maintenance issue and it was handled immediately when I posted the concern on rent cafe. If you guys move in you will be in good hands! The building is clean , in a nice area, has good residents, and always smells good"
