"I love it here, here for 2 years the view of city hall is lovely and broad street walking distance to stores!! Large kitchen!! Great closet space!! Large window space I’m never moving!! Lol plus ihop, vegan shop and cornbread is so delicious I’m addicted. I love the central area seriously close to everything!! Airport, Malls, shops, beauty supply stores a short trip to manhattan, name it all!!"

"I recently attended a private function in the community room of this building and all I can say is WoW! What an amazing building in a great location directly across from Newark City Hall. You couldn't ask for a better location, being in the center of all of the action and only 2 blocks from the Prudential Center. The event was catered by 2 of the 3 restaurants located on the ground level which are Urban Vegan and CornBread ---very convenient and the food was hot and delicious since the food was prepared right downstairs. I really like this place and I recommend it to any young modern or middle aged hipster. You won't be disappointed. Very nice place."
