"I received a phone call from RPM development management team regarding an apartment. I then later scheduled a time and date to meet with a team member at one of the RPM development local management office the team members name was Amanda. she received us with a warm welcome and she began to to ask us if ther is any amenities that we will like the unit to have. we told her as long as the unit is is a reasonable price and in good conditions. we won't be picky we begin to tell Amanda how hard it has been finding a unit in the Newark New Jersey. area and how rents are so high and we have had no luck with our our search. she told us she has a unit that's available. but it's not ready just yet to give her at least a week so she can do the walkthrough with us. Fast forward to a week later we met with Amanda she showed us a freshly painted two bedrooms, two bathrooms,living room,& kitchen a unit was beautiful we was excited to get back to the office to start paperwork and let me tell you. Amanda was very helpful throughout the paperwork process we have Section 8 and Section 8 is a government-funded program that takes very long to get back to landlords Amanda was very patient with us. She went above and beyond to help us get into this unit thank you for your help Amanda.."
