"I usually have great experiences with FedEx. I only had 1 experience that scared me because the package I was waiting for was a present for my Great Grandson for Christmas. It was delivered to the wrong apartment and I think the wrong building. The person who received the package gave it to the mailman and I got it 2 days later. I've been receiving packages with FedEx for quite a few years and this was the first time this type of thing happened. I wish that all of the places used FedEx for shipping. It is a great company."

"I worked for FedEx for 10 years and at that time, we received so much education on providing EXCELLENT Customer Service. We were not the cheapest, but our service was worth it. What happened to that "Excellence Mind-set"? The office workers do not help... AT ALL. They stay within their parameters which is a very small window. I honestly had great pride stating I worked for FedEx and any company I worked for I always geared them to using FedEx, not any more. The service is not what I knew it to be."
