"Professionals from start to finish! If you don't mind doing the heavy lifting this is the way to go! You also need to know how to pack and stack, boxes need to be full, and heavy boxes on the bottom! any damage is on you! Unless they crash the truck!! We had taken extra insurance with our homeowners policy pre trip pretty cheap. I think their (upacK) insurance coverage is limited. Great service, great business plan, No complaints."

"From one end of the country to the other, the service we received from ABF was stellar. In PA, the driver was an ace, backing our container into a difficult situation. The trip across country was quicker than anticipated, and when the NM driver had a mechanical issue with his tractor, ABF found a replacement driver to deliver our container just a few hours late. Every call I made, whether to one of the local depots or to the central office was handled professionally and all of my questions were answered. I wish more service companies were this well run. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, it will be with ABF."

"Had some challenges with our driveway in drop-off location. The driver was extremely knowledgeable, competent and considerate. On the destination side, we had challenges as we moved into a city and needed our contents on a specific day and time. U-Pack and local service center were creative and helpful in addressing every challenge from storage, delivery and unloading. Highly recommend and would use them again."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. Ordered three cubes, but only needed two; no charge at all for the unused cube. Loved having all the time I needed to load at my own pace. Loved even more being able to unload at my own pace, instead of a crew rushing stuff into the house. Containers are really well built and sturdy. After loading you lock them with your own lock. Cubes are delivered on a flatbed, but after that are transported inside a closed truck. We moved from the Hudson Valley to Florida, and everything arrived in tact and on time. They picked up the loaded cubes from my driveway in NY on Monday and delivered them to my driveway in Florida the following Tuesday morning (8 days, not overnight!) Everyone I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable, and did what they promised. Cost was very reasonable for the service provided."
