Reviews of Fedex Ground
"Degenerate, lying employees. Especially your drivers. Today is the SECOND time a delivery driver input an attempt to deliver notice in the tracking update. The first time I saw him drive by and literally chased him down in my car to the next town over to rip my property off the truck. This time I WAS AT THE DOOR the time the delivery was supposedly attempted and im now on the hook for a $2k product I acquired to resale for a total of 2.5k that was time sensitive. First customer service lady confirmed there was no missed delivery tag info left at the door nor any call so she gave me the address of where the driver would be returning the package. Second CS rep refused to give me the number to the physical location and all attempts to reach the driver failed - 15 minutes after the supposed attempt so there's no way he wasn't still on duty. With that said, since no one with fedex wants to enforce any accountability to get me an explanation for this brazen dereliction of a paid duty, I'm voice transcribing this review as I make my way to pay them a visit at the return location. See you soon!"
"As a prior employee of this particular location I have to say be VERY weary to new employees. I’ve worked in finance my entire life but I decided to work here temporarily until I was officially hired at JP Morgan. Huge mistake! They hired me during the rush season and than decided to fire me and not pay me on the day before payroll went out (the weekend before Christmas.) To this day I still have yet to receive compensation for 9 days worth of work and if I didn’t have a substantial rainy day fund I would’ve had to miss a child support payment and my kids Christmas gifts. Regardless, here’s my story… On my first day of training the manager (Michael) took me on a route and began explaining how the owner was severely indebted and couldn’t afford to repair the brakes on his own personal vehicle because his ex wife is managing the accounting. As we went on the route I noticed he was dropping packages off in the wrong locations when the GPS made an error rather than double checking. Than I noticed that every single truck in the building had a check engine light on and all the work iPads were always dead or broken. This should’ve been a huge red flag but I never in a million years thought FedEx Corp would allow a franchisee to commit wage theft. All said and done, Michael is no longer answering my phone calls. I am currently in the process of filing formal complaints with FedEx Corp and the Department of Labor. My initial goal after this happened was to get the money I was owed. Now, I feel as though it’s my responsibility to inform as many people as possible about the Mal business practices taking place at FedEx Corp. I am waiting on responses from the New York Times and Help Me Howard to see if we can take this as public as possible. Will keep everyone updated on the status of this battle. EMPLOYEES BEWARE!"
"Why does FedEx Ground refuse to deliver things in a manner that doesn't hold people hostage? They don't load your package on the days you are there literally waiting for the thing on the truck to do the thing you need to do, they don't leave the package if you aren't there, if you are there in the delivery window they estimate, THEY DON'T SHOW UP. I have zero problems with UPS showing up and doing what they say they are going to do, whats your problem?"
"After a delivery driver sent my package to an unknown location on 3/9/2023, I contacted FedEx. They utilize an automated system that is useless both on the web and by phone. There is no one to speak to. I was told via the automated prompt that the case would be looked into. Very impersonal, and it only angered me more. I did get a call from FedEx on 3/12/2023. All the person said was that they were investigating. There have been no callbacks or updates. The information I was given was no more than the automated system. I keep getting text messages on my phone that ask if I got the package. And the last text message told me to contact the shipper and have them call FedEx. I called my shipper and told them about the FedEx message. The shipper then informed me that I have to wait another 14 days for any resolution from FedEx. How do I know my package is lost? The package was not on my doorstep or back porch. The driver took a picture of the package on the doorstep. And the picture of the front porch doesn't look like any of my neighbors."
"ZERO STARS!!!! Apparently my package was delivered yesterday 11/22/22 , I wasn’t aware of that until I looked up the status of my package online. At the time it was claimed to be delivered my husband and I were home. So where is my package?! RRodriguez apparently signed and delivered my package 390817503670. My delivery address is clear as day, so there is no confusion on how to find my address! Things will escalate if my package isn’t delivered to my front door!!! This was my first and last time doing business with this FedEx location!!"
