"Delivered my order today. Papers strewn on the ground. Not where I asked them to put the delivery. I asked TWO DAYS in advance, they had time to make the adjustment. The placed it NEXT to where I wanted about 15 feet away and I don’t have the tools to move it for the next two days. This place can go screw."

"Worst delivery service! STAY AWAY Bad Attitude, BAD SERVICE...PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS, AND YOU WILL SEE HOW BAD IT IS! I ordered 31 boxes of hardwood floor from Floor and Decor; I paid $400 for Curbside delivery which means: Curbside delivery means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s) onto the sidewalk in front of your house. This was not the case, we live in Phoenicia, and there are many houses there that get deliveries every day; contractors bring in large equipment and materials daily in large trucks, but the R+L driver decided that he would not come up my street to deliver my order instead he left a whole palette at the end of my street several houses down the road, I had to walk back and forth each flooring box. The driver had the worst attitude and never offered a solution nor cared to do anything. Poor training on their drivers that not only need to learn how to drive a large truck but also how to talk to people. I called their manager, which was even worse; he defended the driver's bad behavior and lack of work ethic, telling me that I needed to ask Floor and Decor before shipping my order if they could deliver to my area, basically putting all the fault back on me. He even said, "Well, you accepted the delivery! RIght?" what was I supposed to do? Wait another week to get the same answer?? DO NOT USE R+L Carriers. STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"They called to reschedule my shipment the day of service. This was a 450lb crate, I had hire movers to help me. I was told the package was too big to fit on the truck, but I could come pick it up if I wanted to. This is insane. I do not recommend this company."

"They give you a window of like 4-6 hours for delivery. Woman who called to say the truck would be there tomorrow took my number so the driver could call an hour ahead this way the driver or myself would not waste any time. Driver never called and showed up at the business address instead of the delivery address. When he finally delivered it to the right location he was missing half the order? Another truck shows up at the business address a couple days later with the missing order and won’t deliver it to the correct address because the woman in the office put the wrong one on the slip.(and no one even called to say expect it)"

"Communication was excellent. I requested they call an hour before delivery. The driver called well over an hour ahead, very friendly and professional. He had to deliver an 8 foot long pallet by himself, which wasn't easy. I think the company should have 2 people delivering since some loads are really too much for one person."
