"If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Where to begin...our driver (Laney) made us wait outside the airport in the freezing cold with two small children. She also wouldn't let us in the car UNTIL she loaded all of the suitcases. A proper driver would have let us and the kids in first, and then proceeded to load the trunk. We requested a booster seat for one of the kids, which they DID NOT provide. The had a five point harness car seat, which was not even buckled into the car! My sister said she didn't feel comfortable with her daughter in that, but Laney kept repeating it "was against company policy" otherwise. We all were also exhausted from our travels, and Laney kept forcing unwanted conversation, and kept calling the kids "girlfriend." We also asked ahead of time for the car to be extra clean inside due to allergies and other concerns. She then BLAMED us for not giving them enough notice to do so, which is not true, and had an attitude afterwards. We didn't know she was the business owner at the time, we just wanted to speak to a supervisor about how uncomfortable we were, and how unprofessional she was. I guess all I can do is post this review and hopefully warn others to stay away from this company."

"We love patronizing local businesses. This is a family owned business. Used them for transportation to Newark airport twice and Shane was on time, pleasant and very helpful. Owner Lainey is great at coordinating the details and most recently due to a medical emergency had to return from a family vacation two days earlier unfortunately, but they accommodated the change and sent Jack, another helpful and friendly employee. They also do car detailing and car paint corrections on swirls and scratches etc. Highly recommend and would use again."

"Big shout out to Armani's Limo, Car Service & Mobile Detailing! We were turned down by 5 places because they were booked. Understandable, but Armani stayed in touch and had a cancellation. She explained it would not be able to be a full detail but she would at least get the vomit out for me! They cleaned this car so nicely on the inside and I went to pay for it and she turned it down! Said she just wanted out little boy to get better. I scheduled a full detail from them for next week and plan on telling everyone about how incredible her customer service was! And my car looks like it was detailed on the inside, even though she said they only would have time to extract all of the vomit. I am beyond impressed!!"
