"Lots of 1 star reviews as of writing this. My experience with them is not exactly great but reasonable. The delivery drivers seem to be slower then most standard services like fedex ups and so on, aswell as the drivers just seem to put my package wherever they feel like without making any effort to find the appropriate door, leaving it eather near another apartment door or by the basement access. But they do get the job done and haven't lost any of my packages or stolen or damaged anything like others are saying. If anything changes I will update this review."

"Deliver to the wrong address every time. The amount of claims I’ve had to make with this company is insane. It’s like a giant scam, both them and the companies who use them"

"Don’t even update the tracking. When I contacted laser ship the basically told me they have no care to look for my package or give me an update . They juss told me go contact your seller like I have done that all ready .."

"This place is not reliable. Out of the few times they have delivered to me. They have either delivered it to the wrong address, thrown the package, and complained that they need more info on my delivery address. To preface this, I live on a main road that goes throw my town. UPS, USPS, and FEDEX doesnt have problems with delivery. Why should Lasership have problems. NOT A RELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE!"

"I understand that it's the holiday season but for you not to deliver my packages 2 days in a row and then the 3rd day due to a snow/ice storm still not deliver them. The snow/ice storm I completely understand but the 2 days that it should have been delivered and was not, it was brought back to the facility and the notice was posted around 3:10pm both days which means you guys are not working late hours for the holiday season to assure everyone receives their packages on time. I really don't understand why retail businesses us your company."
