"The dispatcher was helpful , polite and respectful. However I waited on this driver for over 30 minutes. He arrives with a stranger in the back seat . When I asked about it he was very unprofessional and rude , I was told “ it’s either you stay here or get in the car “ . Need better drives that care for this company ."

"Drivers are not TLC licensed and cannot drive. One driver backed into my front passenger door and refused to accept accountability even though someone else in the parking lot saw him do so. When i called the office the lady was rude and yelled over me. Driver refused to give his information, probably because hes working under the table and doesn't have a ny license, and claimed my car already had scratch therefor he isnt held responsible for DENTING it lmaoo what a complete joke."

"Was able to reach out to the owners of this business for a last minute emergency trip. The price quoted was very reasonable. I’ve used the service a few times before and was pleased. I advised the owners this morning that I wanted to retain their services for 2 more mornings due to abrupt changes in our work schedules. I was reassured that I would receive a confirmation call by end of day. The call never came. Called as soon as I got home this evening and the person who answered the phone was very curt,unprofessional and rude. I was also very surprised that I was charged and quoted one price this morning and was quoted much more this evening. I clarified again the amount I was charged this morning…she was insistent that the price she quoted was the correct price and offered no explanation. Instead she proceeded to tell me to have a good evening and hung up. I’ve always believed that lack of professionalism and inconsistencies is what kills any business. I’ve always tried to support black and Caribbean owned businesses…but there are too many options out there to tolerate such shockingly poor customer service."

"June 2021: The driver whom picked me up was very professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. I placed them as first to call, however the next trip which was in July 2021 I called them upon my return and they was unable to provide a car. I will try them again but they will not be first on my list."

"My mom and needed a ride from JFK airport to Philadelphia really fast. It was really easy to set up over the phone they told us the price upfront (that l think was reasonable) we didn’t have to pay until end of the ride. Driver was very nice guy and helped with our bags too. Thank you!"
