"Weird place. Got alcohol, which if why you’d go there, so that’s good. But like other reviewers say, way overpriced. It was like 8:30pm on a Friday night and the store was “open” but I wasn’t let in. Had to tell the guy thru the gate what I wanted, and then he charged me $31 for 750ml of Tito’s which is usually $19.99 at other stores. I paid, cuz I was there and wanted it, but really weird. Probably just shoulda gone somewhere else"
"Thought it was only me tho but everyone being overcharged I was there Sunday dude told me a price older guy and now I'm being charged like 30 dollars extra they bugging....im disputing it!"
"Rude old man, tried to charge me extra and even though I was there for wine he kept trying to sell me Hennessy because I’m black but was kind and respectful to the other customers who were white. The large bottle of wine I wanted goes for $20 he was trying to give me the 750ml wine for $21 cash or 5% credit charge extra for card..that bottle is normally $12-$14."
"I see a lot of people complaining. I’ve never had a problem. I mostly buy wine here and it’s been good. Service is good. They’ve been nice to me. Glad they have late hours because sometimes my needs are late and last minute. Life in New York."
"Do not shop here! They are stealing credit card information and using your card weeks later! I’ve had three different cards used for unauthorized purchases! After the second time I specifically used a brand new card I had never used before. I have filed a police report as well as placed a call with the FTC! Detective that called me said they have had other reports detailing the same situation with everything pointing to this liquor store. Way to many great liquor stores in neighborhood to deal with this! Not to mention the younger guy is extremely rude and the store itself is dirty! Very unhygienic especially having nasty old cardboard on the floors during a pandemic! I’m sure covid is breeding in there."
