"HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX IT!! The below review was left after my mother had a terrible experience. Once the owner Mr. Lev read this review and found out what happened, he immediately reached out to investigate. Mr. Levy clearly holds his customer service to a high standard. He sent a car service for my mother to drive her to and from the pharmacy so that he could speak with her in person. He also made sure that Tanika was present to formally apologize to her. He then proceeded with the offering of a store credit along with some wonderful items that he gave to my 7 year old daughter who was with her at the time. The measures that he took and the way that he went above and beyond to keep the customer service delivery at such a high level was absolutely appreciated. This customer will not be lost. How could you not continue to do business with a man who has values like that! The customer service is horrible. Tanika the pharmacist insisted on charging a co pay when there was no co pay for the medicine. After calling my insurance company and getting Tanika on the phone with my health carrier, she even argued with them as they were telling her that there was no co pay. Her attitude was so atrocious that the healthe carrier advised that she will be reporting her. The supervisor got on the phone and did not want to give her name but had no choice. The customer service over all is really horrible, will be looking in to changing pharmacies."

"Really large selection of items for a privately owned pharmacy. Staff are super helpful and always paying attention to customers. Compared to Walgreens and CVS where I had to wait 40 minutes to get my medicine and pay for it. Echo Drugs prescription pickup area moves quickly. In and out in 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised!"
