"Terrible customer service in person and on the phone. They are not familiar with the words “please” and “thank you”, and are disrespectful and just miserable human beings in general. One of their superb patient-centered policies is to cancel prescriptions without notice or explanation in less than 24 hours (and wipe out the history entirely) if preauthorization is not received within 12 hours, even during a weekend. I received multiple texts confirming the Rx order was received and in process the first day, and the next day when I called it was if it had never existed. And the person on the phone was rude even though I was polite, concise and clear with my question about the Rx status. Ugh. I will never have Rxs sent to this or any Duane Reade or Walgreens again."
