"My 1st time staying in Brooklyn. I had 0 expectations however the amenities felt lacking in this hotel. Staff were friendly however if felt more like a frat house then a hotel. Just know you get what you pay for at this location."
"Friendly staff, It's nearer to a train station and also from JFK. Have lots of shops around to eat and have a free parking in the hotel. Stayed for a week after my flights were cancelled too many times. Will stay next time I come to New York."
"As a solo female traveler, this is not the hotel to stay at. I would put Zero stars for "room" but it won't let me. I paid almost $300/night. The pillowcases were dirty, not just stained, but literally could see makeup/dirt from the previous guests on every pillowcase. I stripped them off the pillow immediately and used a sweater as a pillow. The smoke detector had holes all the way around it, the walls were visibly dirty and scratched up. The bed cover had cigarette holes. I would not stay here again though. If I'm paying those prices per night, I expect cleanliness, at the very least."
"You get what you pay for. The rooms are super tiny, the faucet wasn't mounted to the sink so it was wobbly and all the flooring is laminate so when the elevator runs at night it can be heard in every corner of the place. However, they have parking and security out front which were both pros and the staff we nice and helpful when needed."
"The exterior looks lovely from the online photos but it was a scary experience. Music blasting out long past midnight across the road & screaming and shouting echoing down the halls until at least 3am, security guard on the door, The main reception behind glass & passing items through a two way lock box doesnβt scream safety. the shower was no more than a trickle of warm water at best & sirens and cars most of the night Glad it was only a short overnight stay, I barely slept a wink"
